Christian Foster brings a unique and strategic perspective to personal injury litigation, shaped by years of experience on both sides of the courtroom. With a deep understanding of insurance defense tactics, he is dedicated to advocating fiercely and effectively for injury victims.
Christian earned his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2017. During his time in law school, he distinguished himself academically and professionally, serving as Editor-In-Chief of the Law Review, where he honed his skills in legal writing, research, and critical analysis.
He was admitted to practice law in California in 2017 and in Tennessee in 2018. Christian began his legal career as a civil defense attorney, representing insurance companies and defendants in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Practicing in both California and Tennessee, he gained extensive courtroom experience and developed a strong command of litigation strategy, motion practice, and case negotiation.
